This heavy-duty AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motor covers ultra-wide power segments from 0.41kW miniature precision drive to 315kW super-large heavy-load drive, breaking the power limit of conventional small servo motors and realizing integrated precision control for light fine processing and heavy forging forming equipment. It adopts high-performance rare-earth permanent magnet rotor and high-density stator winding, featuring ultra-fast torque response, stable low-speed constant-torque output and strong overload capacity, achieving 2–3 times instantaneous overload torque to cope with impact loads such as heavy cutting, mold clamping and stamping startup. The casing adopts a reinforced ribbed aluminum alloy & cast iron composite structure, equipped with double lifting rings on the top for convenient hoisting and installation of high-power units; the multi-channel longitudinal rib heat dissipation structure matches forced air cooling or liquid cooling circulation system to effectively control temperature rise during long-term high-load continuous operation, preventing magnet demagnetization and winding aging under high temperature.
The high-precision magnetic encoder feedback realizes closed-loop control of position, speed and torque, with positioning accuracy up to arc-minute level, zero-speed stable torque output without crawling, fully meeting the precision processing requirements of CNC machine tools. The flange-end thickened bearing seat and high-rigidity output shaft design resist radial and axial impact force, greatly improving the service life under reciprocating heavy load conditions. The terminal box adopts multi-directional installation design to adapt to different wiring layouts of the equipment, and the overall sealed structure prevents cutting fluid, metal dust and cooling water from invading the internal electrical components. Compared with traditional asynchronous motors, it has 15%–25% higher operating efficiency under variable load conditions, with obvious energy-saving effect for intermittent operation equipment. The rotor undergoes high-grade dynamic balance calibration to reduce vibration and noise during high-speed operation, improving the processing finish of precision equipment.
This high-power servo motor is the core drive component of high-end intelligent equipment, widely used in CNC gantry machining centers, heavy-duty spindle machine tools, vertical horizontal machining centers, precision injection molding machines, servo hydraulic presses, die-casting equipment, metal forging presses and large bending forming equipment in the machinery manufacturing industry.
