It adopts high-grade cold-rolled silicon steel sheet for stator lamination and die-cast aluminum rotor structure, featuring high operating efficiency, stable constant torque output and excellent low energy consumption performance. The outer ribbed integrated cast iron housing greatly strengthens forced air heat dissipation capacity, effectively restraining winding temperature rise during long-time continuous full-load operation and extending the service life of internal winding insulation and bearing components. Standard B5 vertical flange mounting structure achieves seamless docking and direct assembly with gear reducers, water pumps, centrifugal fans and general industrial transmission equipment, simplifying on-site installation layout and alignment work to shorten assembly time.
The motor delivers reliable heavy-start performance, smooth operation under no-load and full-load conditions, with low mechanical vibration and low operational noise. Customization options for working voltage (380V/400V/660V), rated frequency, protection grade and terminal box position are available, adapting to indoor closed workshops, open-air outdoor sites, dusty factories and high-humidity chemical workshop working environments.
