The Guomao GM series heavy-duty gear reducer is engineered for continuous heavy-load operation, frequent startup and variable impact load working conditions. The casing adopts an integrated rib reinforcement design to improve overall structural rigidity, effectively restrain vibration and noise during long-time full-load operation, protecting bearings and gear pairs from fatigue damage. The split upper and lower box structure facilitates routine inspection, gear maintenance, bearing replacement and periodic oil change, minimizing production line downtime caused by equipment maintenance. Optimized internal oil circuit and heat dissipation structure stabilize the internal working temperature under sustained heavy-duty operation, avoid high-temperature degradation of lubricating oil and sealing components, and extend the overall service life of the gearbox. High-strength bolt fasteners are used for all flange connections to maintain stable sealing and structural reliability under long-term alternating loads.
