This mill reducer is tailor-made for harsh heavy-load working conditions of internal mixers, open mills and rubber kneading equipment with frequent shock loads, variable torque and long-duration continuous operation. The driving and driven gears adopt carburizing quenching and precision grinding process, achieving high surface hardness, excellent bending fatigue resistance, abrasion resistance and instantaneous overload resistance, which can withstand the sudden torque impact during feeding, compacting and rubber mixing cycles of mixing equipment. The box body is equipped with multiple reinforcing rib structures, thickened bearing pedestals and high-strength flange connection to suppress mechanical vibration effectively during long-term heavy-load operation, protecting internal bearings and gear pairs from fatigue damage. The split upper and lower casing design greatly simplifies daily internal gear inspection, bearing replacement, maintenance and periodic lubricating oil replacement, cutting equipment downtime for production lines. The built-in circulating oil cooling channel and optional external water cooling interface stabilize internal operating temperature under full-load continuous operation, preventing lubricant deterioration and sealing aging caused by overheating, and extending the overall service life of the gearbox. All main connecting fasteners are high-strength alloy steel bolts to maintain structural rigidity under long-term alternating impact load.
