Guomao ML series gear reducer is professionally developed for the severe working conditions of banbury mixers with frequent impact, variable load and continuous operation. The driving gears and driven gears adopt carburizing, quenching and precision grinding technology, the gear surface hardness reaches high level, with outstanding wear resistance, bending resistance and overload impact resistance, which can stably bear the instantaneous peak torque generated in the feeding, pressing and mixing stages of the banbury mixer. The bearing seat and connecting flange are thickened and reinforced as a whole, which greatly weakens the mechanical vibration during long-term heavy-load operation, protects internal bearings and gear pairs. The split upper and lower casing design brings great convenience for daily inspection, gear maintenance, bearing replacement and regular lubricating oil replacement, reducing equipment downtime. The internal flow channel is optimized for heat dissipation, which keeps the internal operating temperature stable under full-load continuous operation, avoids high-temperature aging of lubricating oil and sealing parts, effectively reduces the fatigue loss of core transmission components, and greatly extends the overall service cycle of the reducer. All key connection fasteners adopt high-strength bolts to ensure structural stability under long-term alternating load.
