The MAF series flange-output planetary reducer is a core precision transmission product of Guomao Reducer. It adopts an integrated flange output structure and multi-stage planetary gear meshing layout. The housing is made of high-strength die-cast aluminum alloy with wear-resistant and anti-corrosion surface treatment, featuring compact overall structure and shortened axial dimension. It can be coaxially assembled directly with servo motors and stepping motors. The multi-thread holes on the flange end face enable direct connection with rotary tables, tooling fixtures and rotary platforms without adapter flanges, greatly simplifying the overall structural design of equipment.

The core drive gears are manufactured from 20CrMnTi alloy steel via carburizing, quenching and precision grinding, with gear accuracy above Grade 5 and minimized backlash to guarantee high positioning accuracy for frequent forward-reverse rotation and high-precision angle positioning. Equipped with heavy-duty tapered roller bearings, the reducer bears radial force, axial force and tilting moment simultaneously with outstanding anti-shock load capacity. It effectively prevents gear tooth breakage and bearing deformation caused by instantaneous torque shock during startup and braking, maintaining ultra-low deformation under long-term heavy-load operation.

The whole machine adopts fully closed oil seal sealing structure filled with long-term extreme-pressure grease at factory, realizing maintenance-free operation under normal working conditions. It boasts excellent dustproof and cutting fluid leakage resistance, widely applied in machine tool processing, automation rotary tables, rotary workstations, robot joints, laser equipment, lithium battery automation, packaging rotary stations and other industries. Available speed ratios range from 3 to 100 to match various speed and torque configuration demands. The transmission efficiency exceeds 92% to reduce energy loss, lower load pressure and heat generation of servo motors, and extend the service life of both motors and reducers.

Supported by Guomao’s mature processing system for reducers, the MAF series accepts customized modifications including non-standard flange dimensions, special speed ratios and hollow shafts.
