MVD straight shaft planetary reducer, high rigidity low backlash for servo precision drive
The MVD series solid straight shaft planetary reducer is a high-performance precision planetary transmission product launched by Guomao Reducer, focusing on solid cylindrical shaft output design for rigid torque transmission. The main casing adopts high-strength alloy steel integrated molding with anti-rust and wear-resistant surface treatment, compact cylindrical overall layout, small radial occupation, which can realize coaxial direct connection installation with servo motors and stepper motors perfectly. The square flange positioning at the input end ensures quick positioning and assembly, effectively shortening the equipment assembly cycle.
The internal planetary gear set is forged from 20CrMnTi alloy steel, processed by carburizing quenching and high-precision gear grinding technology. The gear precision reaches ISO 5 level or above, with ultra-small backlash, stable repeated positioning accuracy, and strong adaptability to frequent forward and reverse rotation and high-speed start-stop working conditions. Equipped with heavy-duty angular contact ball bearings, the reducer can withstand large radial force, axial force and overturning torque at the output end. The solid integrated output shaft has strong torsion resistance, which can resist instantaneous impact torque during equipment acceleration and braking, avoiding shaft breakage and gear damage under heavy load impact.
The whole machine adopts fully sealed framework oil seal protection, filled with long-life extreme pressure lubricating grease before leaving the factory, realizing long-term maintenance-free operation under conventional working conditions. It has excellent dust-proof, waterproof and anti-coolant erosion performance, widely used in automation linear actuators, mechanical spindle drive, robotic arm joint transmission, laser cutting equipment, automated testing equipment, food packaging machinery, 3C electronic processing equipment and other precision automation fields.
The speed ratio range covers 3~100 for flexible matching of different speed and torque requirements. The transmission efficiency is up to 93%, which reduces the idle power consumption of the servo motor, suppresses temperature rise, and effectively prolongs the service life of the motor and the reducer itself.
