MVB/MVE solid shaft planetary reducer, high rigidity low backlash for servo precision deceleration
The MVB and MVE series solid output shaft planetary reducers are classic precision transmission products of Guomao Reducer, designed with integrated solid cylindrical output shaft and stepped cylindrical housing structure for compact installation layout. The input side adopts square flange positioning structure, which can realize quick centering and locking assembly with servo motors and stepping motors without extra positioning accessories, greatly simplifying the mechanical design of automated equipment. The reducer shell is made of high-strength cast aluminum alloy with fine finishing and anti-corrosion coating, featuring light weight, high structural rigidity and strong anti-deformation capability under continuous operation.
Internal planetary gear components are made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, undergoing carburizing quenching and precision gear grinding to reach ISO Grade 5 high precision. The product features tiny backlash, outstanding repeated positioning accuracy, stable operation under frequent forward-reverse rotation, high-speed start and stop, and variable load fluctuations. Heavy-duty angular contact bearings are equipped at the output end to bear composite loads including radial force, axial force and overturning moment. The thickened solid output shaft boasts excellent torsional strength, effectively resisting instantaneous impact torque generated during equipment acceleration, braking and emergency stop, preventing shaft breakage and gear tooth collapse under heavy shock loads.
Adopting fully closed oil seal sealing structure, the reducer is pre-filled with long-service-life extreme pressure lubricating grease at the factory to achieve maintenance-free operation under normal working conditions. It has good dust-proof, splash-proof and cutting fluid resistance performance, widely applicable to automated handling mechanisms, robotic arm joint drive, laser processing equipment, 3C precision assembly equipment, automated testing platforms, packaging machinery and medical automation equipment.
Available reduction ratios cover 3 to 100 to satisfy diversified speed and torque matching demands. The transmission efficiency can reach up to 92%~93%, reducing servo motor power loss and heat generation, improving motor operating efficiency and extending the overall service life of the drive system.
