SD-U1 harmonic reducer adopts the classic three-body harmonic drive structure composed of wave generator, flexible spline and rigid spline, with integrated high-precision crossed roller bearing embedded inside the reducer main body. The bearing structure can bear radial load, axial load and overturning moment synchronously, which saves customers from separately designing and assembling auxiliary support bearings, simplifies the overall mechanical structural layout of miniature precision rotating equipment, and reduces component procurement costs and assembly man-hours.
