The SF/SG-S1 harmonic reducer adopts a classic three-element harmonic drive structure composed of wave generator, flexible spline and rigid spline, equipped with integrated heavy-duty crossed roller bearing inside the main body. The bearing assembly can bear radial load, axial load and overturning torque simultaneously, which eliminates the need for users to independently configure auxiliary support bearings during mechanical design, simplifies the structural design difficulty of rotary actuators and rotary platforms, and reduces the overall parts cost and assembly workload. Covering a wide reduction ratio of 30 to 160, the product can achieve obvious deceleration and high torque amplification within a compact disc-shaped structure, which is suitable for medium and heavy-load precision transmission scenarios with strict space constraints.
Different from hollow shaft harmonic reducers, this model adopts a central solid output shaft with keyway structure, which can realize direct torque transmission through key connection, with larger contact area, stronger anti-torsion ability and better reliability under heavy torque impact and positive and negative alternating load.
