SD-U2 harmonic reducer adopts a mature three-element harmonic drive structure composed of wave generator, flexspline and circular spline, with integrated heavy-duty crossed roller bearing inside the reducer body. The bearing can bear radial force, axial force and overturning torque at the same time, which cancels the need for customers to independently configure support bearings, simplifies the structural design of miniaturized precision rotating equipment, reduces the number of spare parts and assembly working hours. With a reduction ratio of 50 to 160, the product realizes deceleration and torque multiplication in an ultra-flat disc-shaped outline, which is perfectly suitable for precision automation equipment with strict overall height limitation.

Different from the boss-type hollow reducer, this model adopts a full-flat hollow output panel design. The central through hollow hole is convenient for threading cables, air pipes and transmission shafts, effectively avoiding cable pulling and wear during forward and reverse reciprocating rotation, and improving the long-term continuous operation stability of rotating mechanisms. Multi-tooth synchronous meshing averts concentrated stress damage of single-tooth transmission of traditional reducers, with strong resistance to fatigue and impact, adapting to high-frequency start-stop, forward-reverse alternating rotation and instantaneous overload impact working conditions. All core transmission components are made of high-strength alloy steel through precision forging, quenching and tempering heat treatment and ultra-precision grinding, featuring high overall rigidity, tiny rotation vibration and low running noise during long-term stable operation.

The outer fixed flange is evenly distributed with standard mounting holes for quick bolt connection with servo motors, small rotary positioning tables and miniature rotating actuators, lowering the difficulty of coaxial alignment and shortening equipment assembly cycle. The fully sealed inner cavity is filled with long-life high-temperature lubricating grease to achieve maintenance-free operation under conventional working conditions, reduce periodic refueling maintenance and save users' later operation and maintenance costs.
