SF/SG-S2 harmonic reducer adopts classic three-piece harmonic drive composition of wave generator, flexible spline and rigid spline, built-in high-load crossed roller bearing that can bear radial force, axial force and overturning torque at the same time. It omits the separately configured support bearing required for equipment development, optimizes the mechanical structural design of rotary actuators and positioning turntables, cuts component procurement costs and assembly working hours. With a wide reduction ratio of 30 to 160, it can realize high torque amplification and speed reduction within a thin disc-shaped body, adapting to medium and heavy-load precision transmission occasions with strict space size restrictions.

This model features a thickened stepped hollow boss output structure, which combines the penetrating advantage of the hollow shaft and the high structural strength of the solid protruding shaft. The thickened outer wall of the output boss greatly improves the anti-torsion and anti-collision performance, suitable for direct connection with couplings, flanges and positioning sleeves, and can withstand instantaneous torque impact during equipment startup and braking. The multi-tooth meshing transmission evenly disperses tooth surface pressure, effectively avoids local tooth surface fatigue wear and tooth breakage of traditional single-tooth meshing reducers, with outstanding durability under frequent forward-reverse rotation, high-frequency start-stop and alternating load operation. The outer mounting flange is evenly arranged with standard fixing bolt holes for rapid locking connection with servo motors, rotary indexing tables, swing arms and positioning fixtures, simplifying on-site coaxial calibration and shortening the equipment assembly cycle. The internal closed cavity is filled with long-life high-temperature lubricating grease to achieve maintenance-free operation under conventional working conditions, reduce periodic refueling maintenance of production lines and lower post-operation costs. Precision backlash control keeps stable repeated positioning accuracy after millions of cyclic rotations, without obvious precision attenuation caused by gear wear and clearance increase.
